Took a rest this past week. Didnt even touch my vo2 for 4 straight days, lit it up a few times on Sunday off-road, then threw down last night with Duff and Ed on an epic 4.5 hour road / off road speed-play ride. We rode from midtown to Swope, rode all of Swope, rode to Minor park, rode all of minor except wagon wheel and high line, got some tacos, then rode back to midtown.

I had a major wreck yesterday, complete with head bang and headache today. keeping a close eye on things today as i feel a bit woozy. i actually did an OTB, into a yoga headstand, then rolled out of that. wierd.

I officially joined SKC/BikeSource for 2010.

Now i have two weeks to get prepped and for a quadrouple back to back to back to back finish of the season, starting with Castlewood ICCC, KC Cup XC at Swope, then two MWFTCS races in a row ending on Oct. 4. I should be one lean bacon by then...and ready to head into the gym for an amazing off season, as i have a few training tricks up my sleeve this season.
